Friday's Assignment

Abigail: It’s a  memo about a safety inspection scheduled for next week.

Lon: A safety inspection? How are we ever going to pass a safety inspection?

Abigail: What do you mean? This isn’t an unsafe workplace. We’ve had a good record. None of our employees have had on the job injuries this year and we’ve never had a   fatalityI don’t understand why you’re so worried.

Lon: From what I’ve heard, the inspectors don’t just look at injury rates. They look for the smallest hazard that may be remotely dangerous  If we get cited, we may be shut down

Abigail:With all due respect, I don’t think that’s how it works. Yes, the inspector will look at our work environment and our gear  and machinery to make sure there are no hazards or toxic substances.

Lon: That’s what I’m worried about.

Abigail: But, if they find a violation , we’ll get a chance to fix the problem. They won’t shut us down without giving us a chance to comply with their safety standards.

my mother has influenced my life.

Every person has some role model who can be a source of inspiration for him. Today, I would like to confess that my source of inspiration has been My Mother. She has a tremendous personality. The way she handles situations with peaceful is her love to us. I am grateful to have such a mother who taught me manners and the way to effusively deal with this critical world. Moreover, she has a graceful personality with resplendent features. she has amiable nature and is gregarious just like mother-fairy. I am really happy  to have such mother who has adjusted herself in every rise and fall of life and has compromised to give her children a standardized living style.
My mother has been always there when I need a anyone the most. She has been my guardian and my caretaker. She has tried to keep her family united and avoided being hostile to anyone. She never discriminated between her children. My mother was the one who never slept at night knowing her daughter was in pain. She taught me how to talk, how to walk and how to carry on with life. She was the only one who brought e up, told me the difference between good and bad and the fact of facing bitter realities of life. My mother, for me, is an angel sent from heaven. So my mom is my greatestest source of inspiration.
I love her forever.....

The weather in Iran and in Canada

Iran has regions with different temperatures even at a specific period of time. Canada is often associated with cold weather and snow, but in reality, its climate is as diverse as its landscape.
Iran has a hot, dry climate characterized by long, hot, dry summers,  and short, cool winters.
Iran Being situated inside a dry belt of the globe and because of the check imposed by the Alborz Mountain and Zagros mountain ranges the plateau has a dry desert peculiarity. Winter temperatures often fall below freezing especially in the mountains, while summers are usually hot. In the northern coastal areas of the Caspian Sea climate is mild and humid. The southern parts and the Persian Gulf region have rather a hot and humid weather with pleasant winters. Therefore, because of these climatic diversities one can enjoy from winter sports while at the same time within a few hours of travel it is possible to swim in the warm waters of the Persian Gulf.
In Canada Summers can be hot and dry on the prairies, humid in central Canada, and milder. Spring is generally pleasant across the country. Autumns are often crisp and cool, but brightened by rich orange and red leaves on trees. Winters are generally cold with periods of snow.
Daytime summer temperatures can rise to 35°C and higher, while lows of -25°C are not uncommon in winter. More moderate temperatures are the norm in spring and fall.
